thiet is recognized as one

Cu
Chi : The network of Cu
chi tunnel became legendary during the 1960s for its role in
facilitating Vietnam's army control of a large rural area in the
outskirts of Saigon. In the district of Cu chi alone, there were over
200 km of underground tunnels including innumerable trap doors, living
areas, storage facilities and weapons factories. Cu chi will give
visitors a unique feel and experience of what underground life was like

Tay
Ninh : The Cao Dai Temple
in Tay ninh is dedicated to Caodaism - a religion of an odd mix of
Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. The temple's architecture is as
bizarre as the sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor
Hugo, Rabindranath Tagore and Winston Churchill. |

Con
dao is a group of 14
islands and islets 180km south of the port of Vung tau. The largest
island in the group, whose total land area is 20 sq. km is partly
forested Con dao island which is ringed with relaxing beaches and coral
reefs. |

Phu
quoc island lies off the
eastern coast of the delta in the Gulf of Thailand. Phu quoc is blessed
with beautiful beaches and clear seas and is famous throughout Vietnam
for the production of black pepper and fish sauce. |

Vinh
long is a prosperous town
in the Mekong Delta. It is noted for its exuberant orchards and immense
