am: Pick up at hotel. Drive overland to Cai Be, in the heart
of the Mekong Delta. On arrival board a sampan for a cruise on the
Mekong River and its multiple canals. Visit Cai Be floating market, an
old colonial house, a rice corn factory and taste local specialties for
lunch in a garden. Return to Ho Chi Minh City late in the afternoon.
