Making A Reservation.

Price and validity
The price given in our quotation will be set in American Dollar (USD). The prices are applied for the period as indicated in the invoice or document delivered to the clients. Green Papaya guarantees the validity of the tariffs given to the client at the moment of delivery. However, some changes can be occurred due to new dramatic national issues (such as remarkable fluctuation of exchange rates, new governmental taxes, etc.). We will keep the clients informed if there is changed.
Booking and confirmation
* All of our services are to be booked with Green Papaya's head-office in Hanoi.
* A deposit of 25% of the tour price per person is required upon a confirmation of your booking. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (75%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at one of our office in Hanoi or the others appointed in the confirmation.
* After booking, an invoice will be set up and sent to the client by e-mail or fax.
Child Discout.
One child under 7 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided for free of charge.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees.
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 45-days before the check-in date. The following rules apply for cancellations:
- 30-45 days before arrival: 15% charge
- 15-29 days before arrival: 30% charge
- 7-14 days before arrival: 50% charge
- Within 7 days before arrival: 90% charge
Payment methods
* Banking transfer: Money is transferred to our bank account and the clients pay the banking fee.
* Credit card: The payment will be done by credit card when the clients come to our head-office to swipe the card through the machine connecting to our bank. We accept Master Card and Visa Card. 3-4% of expenses are charged by customers. This is for paying the balance in our offices.
* Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our office.
* Travellers’ cheque: Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 3% of expenses are charged by customer paying for the remaining balance at our office.
Responsibility.
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
Green Papaya Co.; Ltd, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
Validity .
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
