Economic responsibility:
· Employ indigenous people wherever possible
· Our local guides will encourage visitors to buy locally manufactured products, gifts and crafts from local shops and markets.
· Contribute financial assistance to local suppliers such as Hoa Sua School in Ha Noi
Environmental responsibility:
· We travel in small groups accompanied
· In our company we monitoring and minimising office and publications paper use and waste through reducing, reusing and recycling and seek to influence our suppliers to ensure they recognise and reduce the environmental impact of their products
· We provide guidelines to visitors how to minimise negative environmental impacts and where appropriate, on how to minimise water and energy use.
Social responsibility:
· Our guides and all staff members are local freelance guides with wide experience and knowledge of cultural traditions. They introduce visitors to places where the local communities welcome them, and treating local people with respect, observing our cultural traditions, costumes and avoiding patronising attitudes are safeguarded. We make sure that the local people are happy with our customers and fully aware of the possible impacts of tourism.
· Information about destination visits to social local projects with direct or indirect benefits to the local communities will be communicated to clients.
· We only visit indigenous or local communities that openly welcome tourists and where trained local guides accompany the group at all times.
